It is an amenity where a valet staff collects residents’ garbage, recycling and compost at their doorsteps and carefully transports and disposes of it into on-site dumpsters.

We are currently serving communities in Metro Vancouver.

Green Valet prioritizes safety and security. Our team members are trained professionals who follow strict protocols to handle waste responsibly and discreetly. We perform several record checks on our employees prior to their start.

If you have any security concerns, please contact us at info@greenvalet.ca or consult with your property management representative.

Our service is designed for regular household waste, this includes kitchen scraps, recyclable materials, and general trash (recycling, compost and garbage). We will provide your property with detailed guidelines on what is acceptable and how to prepare your waste for pick up.

We don’t collect bulk items such as furniture and appliances, however, we can help contacting a third party on your behalf.

Don’t worry, you can still dispose of your trash using the regular community dumpsters or compactors, or you can wait until the next scheduled collection day.

Our service observes a number of holidays throughout the year where there will be no collection. These include the following:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Family Day
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • B.C. Day
  • Labour Day
  • National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Remembrance Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year’s Eve

No. We care about the environment and building sustainable communities. We will handle the recycling collection and sorting at no extra charge.

Your property management has a contract with Green Valet, and so our company does not charge individual residents. Any related inquiry should be directed to your leasing agency.

We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. You can contact us through our website, email, or phone to share your thoughts on how we can improve our service. Our email address is info@greevalet.ca.
